To be eligible to apply for early access to the Free Tier Program, accounts must have the following:
| Credit Card To be eligible for a Free Tier instance you must have a regular credit card on file with us. Prepaid cards are not an acceptable payment type for Free Tier eligibility, neither is PayPal, Crypto, etc. |

| Two-factor Authentication Two-factor authentication is required for eligibility to the Free Tier Program. Please enable two-factor authentication on your account. |
官方给出的要求是：
1. 需要有支付方式或者消费过。这一个老用户都满足
2. 需要绑定2FA，这个建议使用Backup codes，比较简单方便。如果你有YubiKey或者可以访问Google，用其他方式也可以。
